What these routes do not do
SpiLi is a cultural and educational project. It promotes no alcoholic beverage, and these routes are built accordingly :
- No question is about a brand. History, geography, techniques, vocabulary and appellation law only.
- No mechanic encourages drinking. No personality test, no tasting badge, no score that rewards consumption.
- The Discovery level includes a strand on responsible drinking, because a museum that talks about alcohol must also pass on what allows people to talk about it honestly.
- Nothing is recorded. Your score stays in your browser. No tracker, no cookie, no data sent.
A question set looking for its reviewers
These sixty questions are a seed. They have not yet been validated by a scholarly board, for the good reason that the board is still to be formed. We are looking for historians, distillers, appellation lawyers and prevention professionals to review, correct and enrich them — in their own field, and under their own name.
