SpiLi brings together a small circle of people — heritage, spirits, philanthropy, culture — to inform its founding choices. Not one more committee : the table where the first museum in the world devoted to the culture of spirits and liqueurs is being drawn, from the outset.
The moment when everything is decided
The project is entering its preparatory phase : the museum narrative, the venues, the institutional alliances and the funding model. These eighteen months decide what the museum will look like — and that is exactly where the experience of advisors changes everything.
Inform
Two or three meetings a year, plus occasional exchanges : challenging the strategy, the scholarly and cultural project, the business model.
Open doors
Making introductions — cultural institutions, houses and trade bodies, patrons, local authorities — at whatever pace your network allows.
